You'll be able to hear the wind in the trees and smell the dinner in the kitchen.  You'll feel like you know the characters.  A young girl in a supermarket.  Two naughty kids breaking all the rules.  A teenager desperate to fit in.  Even a frustrated Mom chasing a toddler in the supermarket.

It's not about the symbolism, theme or literary style.  It's just about a good story.  (but just in case you like that stuff, it's in there)

Non-Fiction

Bettina has a wide range of experience and a conversational style.

Objects spring to life.  Pearls in oysters, the world's largest rodent and the origin of bananas just aren't encyclopedic facts.  They turn into recipes (bananas - not the rodents), dinner conversation and science projects.

You can get facts anywhere.  What you really want is the story behind the facts.
